Need help with your HostKitCo files? Most issues can be solved in a few minutes. Find the right answer below.

Where can I find my download?

Your download is available immediately after checkout. You should also receive an email containing your download link.

If you cannot find the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Search your inbox for “HostKitCo”.

  • Make sure you are checking the email address used during checkout.

What files are included?

The Turnover Kit includes:

  • An editable Welcome Book template

  • 15 ready-to-use guest messages

  • A Turnover Tracker

  • A printable cleaner’s checklist

  • A Start Here guide with a completed example

How do I open the files?

The PDF files open on most phones, tablets and computers.

The Turnover Tracker works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. You do not need to purchase additional software.

How do I use the Canva template?

Open the Canva link included with your download and create your own editable copy.

You can then:

  1. Replace the example information with your property details.

  2. Change colours, photos or text if needed.

  3. Download your completed Welcome Book as a PDF.

A free Canva account is enough.

Can I use the kit for multiple properties?

Yes. You may use the kit for every short-term-rental property you personally own or manage.

Create a separate copy of the Welcome Book for each property and enter the correct property information.

Can I use it outside Airbnb?

Yes. The Welcome Book, Turnover Tracker and cleaner’s checklist work for different short-term-rental platforms.

The guest messages are designed around Airbnb’s saved replies, but you can copy and use them on other platforms as well.

What if a file is missing or a link does not work?

Please use our Contact page and include:

  • The email address used for your order

  • Your order number

  • The name of the file or link causing the problem

We will help you restore access or provide the correct file.
